      文中实现了面向未来的、基于LED本身同质集成效应的、集显示和探测一体化的智慧屏幕系统,并研制出4×4 MQW二极管阵列,结合自己设计的基于java软件的控制界面,从而设计实现探测照明显示一体的未来军民用智慧屏幕,显示模式下可实现16像素点的自编写显示块,以显示特定字符或图像功能,探测模式下能无接触探测屏幕前方物体大小及远近,此模块可无限扩展。当下COVID 19病毒肆虐,电梯间、交通工具等公共场合内交叉污染的风险大大增加,该系统无需接触,从而消除对手动操作的需要,降低了交叉感染的风险。
英文摘要:
      A future oriented smart screen system based on the homogeneous integration effect of LED itself is implemented by integrating the display and the detection, and a 4*4 MQW diode array is developed. Combined with self designed java based software control interface,thus going to design the future military and civilian smart screen is designed , the integration of detection lighting and display is realized. In the display mode, a 16 pixel self written display block can be implemented to display specific characters or images. In the detection mode, the size and the distance of objects in front of the screen can be detected without contact. The module can be infinitely expanded. The current COVID 19 virus is raging, and the risk of cross contamination in public places, such as elevators and vehicles, is greatly increased. The system does not require contact, thus eliminating the needs for manual operation and reducing the risk of cross infection.
