中文摘要:了实现先天性心脏病的快速筛查,文中设计制作了四通道同步心音信号采集装置,并对四通道先心病心音信号的分析提出了新的表征方法。首先讨论四通道同步心音传感器和先心病筛查设备的设计,然后根据心音的特点提出多通道心音信号并行特征的表征方法。在分析单路心音能量熵的基础上,重点讨论4路心音的能量熵特征集和互信息特征集,并且对能量熵特征集进行主成分分析,用相关系数作为互信息特征集的权重参数,最终获得多元优化融合特征数据集,这不仅实现了特征数据的压缩,而且给出分类识别所需的关键特征。分类实验结果表明,多路心音的并行特征表征效果明显优于单通道心音的特征表征效果,运用针对性强的特征融合策略对于提高先天性心脏病筛查速度和准确率具有积极的意义。

Design and feature recognition of 4-channel synchronous heart sound signal acquisition device
Abstract:For the rapid screening of congenital heart disease,a 4-channel synchronous heart sound sensor is designed and fabricated,and a new characterization method is proposed for the analysis of 4-channel congenital heart sound signal.Firstly,the design of the 4-channel synchronous heart sound sensor and congenital heart disease(CHD) screening equipment is discussed.Then,according to the characteristics of heart sound,the characterization method for multi-channel heart sound signal parallel feature is proposed.On the basis of analyzing the single-channel heart sound energy quotient,the energy quotient feature set and the mutual information feature set of the 4-channel heart sound are mainly discussed,and the principal component analysis is performed on the energy quotient feature set,and the correlation coefficient is used as the weight parameter of the information feature set.The resulting fusion feature data set achieves compression of the feature data and gives the key features needed for classification recognition.The results of classification experiments show that the parallel feature representation of multi-channel heart sounds is significantly better than that of the single-channel heart sounds.The targeted feature fusion strategy has a positive significance for improving the accuracy of congenital heart disease screening.
